Everyone knows when you keep your vital equipment maintained and serviced, whether that equipment is your car or your computer equipment, it performs better and provides better service to you. Wouldn’t it be a great feeling to know that your Home or Small Office network is kept well maintained, month to month, at a very low cost to you?

 

DBis Systems is now offering a recurring service package to all of our loyal customers. With our Brand New Network Maintenance package, remote or on-site service can be yours at a discounted rate of up to 40% off of our regular prices, depending entirely on the level of service you choose.

 

LEVELS OF SERVICE

We offer a total of four (4) different packages to choose from. We help you determine which package you should select based on the amount of pieces of equipment your network is comprised of as well as the amount of service hours you determine is needed to keep your network and other computers maintained monthly.

 

Whether you initialize a service request of any nature, or simply want us to perform regular “tune-ups” on your system, the work is covered under this agreement, up to the level of service you selected. If the amount of service hours in your package are used up for a particular month, you pay a higher but yet still discounted rate for the service, if any, you need for the rest of that month. It then starts over again the following month. Doesn’t that sound like a unique and great program? There’s more.

 

NO CONTRACT

The great news about our new Network Maintenance Package is there is no long term commitment to get the discounted rates, no buyout to contend with. The agreement is month to month. All we ask is that you give us a thirty day notice should you decide to cancel. Our opinion is you will never want to, but if you should, it’s just that easy to cancel.

 

NO RECURRING PAYMENT METHOD

What we mean by “No Recurring Payment Method” is that we do not automatically deduct any amount from any account. You will receive an invoice email from us each month and can pay the invoice however you wish, before or by the due date. You can send us a check or use our convenient Paypal payment method. Whether you have a Paypal account or not, you can pay through Paypal, via your credit or debit card.

When you are ready, fill out the agreement, sign and date it. Then shoot us an email or give us a call and we will come to your place of business, sign the document as well, discuss any special issues with you, and collect your first monthly payment. We will then take the document with us and send you a copy. It is that simple.
